Massage Therapy

About Nina Demyanchuk, RMT

Nina DemyanchukNina has been a massage therapist for over 13 years. She has a commitment to ongoing education and has completed a number of postgraduate courses. She is qualified in Relaxation, Lymphatic Drainage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Pregnancy Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Stretching and Exercise Rehabilitation.

Massage therapy has firmly established its role as a clinically-oriented health option used to deal with a variety of physical discomforts. We employ a variety of hands-on techniques to assess and treat the soft tissues and joints of the body. Improved circulation of blood and lymph, decreased pain and inflammation, improved mobility, relaxation and stress reduction are all positive effects of therapeutic massage.

Massage can help alleviate soft tissue discomfort associated with everyday stress, muscular overuse, and many chronic pain syndromes. If delivered early enough after accidents involving trauma and injury, massage therapy can greatly reduce the development of painful muscular problems.

Massage therapy benefits people of all ages.

Whether you are in need of treatment for injury, relief from chronic pain, or simply to relax, we can help. We will work with you to design a treatment plan that best suits your needs.

Massage therapy should be part of everyone's health and maintenance regime to help combat daily stress to prevent future pain, injury or illness. Allow Nina to help you perform at your personal best.
